Do you have an interesting vehicle? Then bring it along! – be it classic, vintage, sports/performance, super, custom, commercial – 2 wheels are welcome too.

Funds are used to cover costs of running our events with all remaining money being donated to our chosen charities which are:

Cerebal Palsy Cymru
UP – the adult Cerebral Palsy Movement
CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably

Breakfast and refreshments will be kindly offered by onsite ‘Cafe on the Park’. NOTE our start time of 9am – last entry will be 10.45am and meet ends at 11.30am

• The event is being held on a private business park with resident tenants operating their businesses 24/7, including the NHS and Gwent Police. Please drive considerately while onsite, keeping revs low and observing onsite speed restrictions, and following directions by Marshalls.

• No speedy drivebys or leaving sideways, safety comes first and unwanted attention from authorities will threaten the sustainability of our event – please dont spoil it for the rest of us – save it for the race track. We will have marshalls monitoring cars leaving the premises and details of unsafe departures will be passed to the Police. While driving to and from the event please drive responsibly following all speed limits and respectful of other road users we do not condone speeding

• Well behaved dogs on leads are welcomed but we ask that they remain in the immediate area of the meet and not elsewhere around the estate ground
